National Democratic Congress (NDC) Secretary General Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has said he will not seek re-election when the party goes to congress on December 17.
The veteran politician said it was time for him to make way for others to take over the administration of the party.

“Age plays a big role in everything. This job of Secretary General involves a lot; your time, energy, among other things. I have considered all of this and am of the opinion that I will not compete again. I am saying that I will not seek re-election as Secretary-General,” Nketiah said in an interview with Accra-based Radio Gold on Wednesday 21.
